At Vastra Creation, we take pride in delivering high-quality sarees and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice.

  • The product is not a part of a "Final Sale", "Clearance", or customized order (such items are not eligible for return/refund).

  • The product is not damaged, stained, or altered in any way.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or tailored sarees.

  • Sarees bought on discount/sale (unless defective).

  • Accessories (if any) that are marked as non-returnable on the product page.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video or photo proof (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. The product must be shipped back to the address provided, preferably via a trackable courier service.

  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Payment Method Refunds:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method (within 7–10 business days after approval).

    • COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You will be required to share your bank/UPI details for the same.

  • Refund Rejection: If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.

  • If a customer requests a refund, the shipping and return (RTO) charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos showing the defect or issue

We will either replace the product or offer a full refund, as per your preference and stock availability.
